How Gifting a Subscription Works?
Gifting a subscription works the same way as ordering a subscription for yourself – you select ‘Friend’ at the start of the process and then go on to select the type of coffee subscription you want to gift. This includes pods, beans and ground, then depending on whether you selected beans or ground, you select the amount 1kg or 200g. And finally how long you want the subscription to be, this can be up to one year. The last step is to choose what blend to gift to your friend or loved one.

This depends on where you are ordering your coffee subscription, if you decide that NewGround’s coffee subscription is for you then yes you do save 15% by subscribing and therefore is more cost effective.
How much is a coffee subscription?
Our coffee subscription ranges depending on what type of coffee, how much coffee and how often you would like to receive the subscription. Our beans and ground coffee come in two different size options 1kg and 200g, our 1kg bags start from £25 and our 200g bags at £8. As for our pods these come in four different options – 14 pods from £8.50, 28 pods from £16, 42 pods from £23.50 and 56 pods from £31. The frequency of the subscription ranges from weekly to fortnightly to monthly, whatever works best for you!
Can you change your coffee subscription?
Yes! You can amend your subscription after you have ordered it. With NewGround’s coffee subscription an account is automatically made through your email with a passwordless login. Within this account you can amend everything to do with your coffee order including; coffee type, frequency of coffee delivery, the amount of coffee you want and even pause your subscription if you are going away for a prolonged period of time or fast track if you are suddenly running low!
