We’re a fast-growing specialty coffee company based in Oxford, building a premium coffee brand with real social impact — creating employment opportunities for people leaving prison.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for someone who can capture the energy of NewGround and turn it into standout content.

- Shooting high-impact photography that reinforces our brand identity
- Creating short-form video content for socials
- Capturing the people, craft and stories behind NewGround
- Turning everyday moments in our cafés and roastery into engaging content
- Driving serious growth in social engagement and reach
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong portfolio of photography and video content
- Knows how to create high-performing social media content
- Understands brand storytelling and visual identity
- Lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok and creative trends
- Is proactive, creative, and excited to build something meaningful
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands.
