The Washed Parainema from the 2023 harvest by Benjamin Paz. From his El Brujo farm based in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Frukt’s absolute favourite profile. Benjamin is not only growing coffee on his farms but he’s also key figure behind Beneficio San Vicente, Frukt’s milling and exporting partner in Honduras who they buy exclusively from.

Compared to the traditional Washed processed Pacas profile from the area this Parainema lot is way more acidity forward and juicy and has much wilder character to it. Very fruit forward with pleasant herbal and floral aroma to it.
